For medical emergencies or if your pet needs immediate attention please call us directly at 707-544-1313. Our hospital hours are Monday through Friday from 8a-5:30p. For Bird and Exotics Emergencies:

After-hours emergencies can be handled by the Redwood Veterinary Clinic if they have a Veterinarian on call who knows exotics. If not, the pet emergency will need to be handled by the Animal Emergency Services of San Francisco at 1333 9th Avenue, San Francisco, CA.
